About the Role
We are looking for a Program Operations Coordinator to support our internship program operations and recruitment activities. This role involves coordinating logistics, managing data, and facilitating communication across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support scheduling, onboarding, housing coordination, and weekly program logistics
- →Assist with preparing materials, organizing events, and ensuring smooth day-to-day program operations
- →Help maintain applicant data in the CRM and support the candidate review process
- →Support delivery of workshops, training sessions, and other program events
- →Maintain accurate databases of interns, applicants, and partner organizations
- →Facilitate clear, consistent communication between interns, mentors, and internal teams
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- ✓Strong organizational and time management skills
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- ✓Proven experience in event coordination, program support, or operations (1–3 years preferred)
- ✓Comfort with CRMs and project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, or HighLevel)
- ✓Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
- ✓A genuine interest in entrepreneurship, education, and student development
- ✓Ability to work in-person during the summer program in Dallas and travel occasionally for recruiting events
