Behind those numbers are real people growing their companies, connecting with customers, and making their mark - and we get to help make that happen.   Role Overview We are hiring a Senior Product Manager – AI Platform to build the foundational capabilities that enable HighLevel teams to ship AI-powered features faster and more reliably. This role is ideal for technical product managers or builder PMs who enjoy systems thinking and platform design. You will define and build internal AI infrastructure such as agent frameworks, model orchestration, evaluation systems, and data pipelines while ensuring these systems are reliable, scalable, and easy for product teams to use.   What You’ll Do   AI Platform Strategy - Define the roadmap for HighLevel’s AI platform layer. - Identify core AI primitives that should be centralized across the company. - Ensure platform capabilities enable teams to ship AI features faster.   AI Infrastructure & Capabilities Design and evolve platform systems including: - LLM and model orchestration - Agent frameworks and tool usage - Context and data pipelines - AI evaluation and monitoring - Guardrails and governance frameworks   Internal Developer Enablement - Build tools and abstractions that simplify AI development for product teams. - Provide documentation and reusable building blocks. - Reduce duplicated effort across teams.   Reliability, Performance & Cost - Define performance and reliability standards for AI systems. - Work with engineering to optimize inference latency, cost, and scalability.   Responsible AI & Governance - Embed safety, compliance, and transparency into AI platform design. - Partner with security and legal teams on governance frameworks.   What Success Looks Like - Product teams can ship AI features faster - Reduced duplication of AI infrastructure - Reliable and scalable AI platform services - Consistent AI output quality across products   Minimum Qualifications - 8–10 years of product management experience - Experience working on technical platforms or developer infrastructure - Strong understanding of AI systems and LLM architectures - Ability to operate independently with high ownership   Preferred Qualifications - Hands-on coding or AI prototyping experience (1–2+ years) - Experience building AI platforms, ML infrastructure, or developer tools - Familiarity with agent frameworks, vector databases, and evaluation systems   Who This Role Is For - Technical PMs who enjoy building foundational systems. - Builders who work closely with engineering and architecture. - Product managers comfortable prototyping ideas and validating solutions quickly.
