About the Role
We are looking for a Staff Product Manager for Customer Onboarding & Activation to own the end-to-end strategy and execution for the "First 30 Days" experience at HighLevel. This role focuses on accelerating Time-to-Value, designing personalized onboarding paths, and maximizing Trial-to-Paid conversion rates across our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive Core Metrics: Define and improve onboarding completion rates, activation milestones, and trial-to-paid conversion.
- →Personalize the Journey: Design tailored product experiences that guide different user personas to their "Aha!" moment faster.
- →Predictive Activation: Partner with Data Science to identify behaviors that correlate with long-term success and build product work-streams.
- →Experiment & Iterate: Run high-velocity A/B tests on product pages, onboarding flows, and trial experiences.
- →Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Marketing and GTM teams to ensure lifecycle communications are synced with the in-app experience.
- →Mentorship: Coach PMs and APMs on the Growth team.
- →Influence the product roadmap: Collaborate with engineering, design, UX, growth and marketing to prioritize and execute onboarding & activation initiatives.
- →Voice of the New Customer: Conduct qualitative research and user interviews to translate early-user insights into product requirements.
Requirements
- ✓10+ Years of PM Experience in high-growth SaaS, specifically within Growth, Onboarding, or Self-Service funnels.
- ✓Deep experience in reducing friction, improving "Time-to-Value," and optimizing complex user workflows.
- ✓Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to work with complex usage data, run rigorous experiments, and interpret cohort analyses.
- ✓Growth Mindset: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- ✓Exceptional communication skills with the ability to align senior stakeholders.
