About the Role
Motive is seeking a Group Product Operations Manager, Strategy & Central Ops to define and evolve the foundations of how our product organization plans, builds, launches, and communicates products at scale. This senior leadership role sits at the center of the product organization and is responsible for designing systems, processes, and operating cadence that enable Product Managers and embedded Product Ops teams to excel.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and continuously improve core processes, operating rhythms, and standards that power Motive’s product organization
- →Define and evolve how we plan, build, launch, and review products at scale
- →Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Motive’s product suite and PM workflows
- →Build and maintain tooling, trackers, and workflows for consistent product execution
- →Translate leadership strategy into clear execution models
- →Establish quality standards for product artifacts, documentation, and team rituals
- →Define how Product Ops partners with stakeholders like Product Marketing and Support
- →Own internal product communication to ensure teams understand product launches
- →Lead change management for new processes and systems
- →Strategically manage and evolve the Product Operations tool stack
- →Lead and develop a team of Product Operations managers
Requirements
- ✓8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Program Management, Strategy & Ops, Consulting or related role
- ✓2+ years of people management experience
- ✓Experience owning and evolving product development processes at scale
- ✓Proven ability to design systems and workflows adopted across large product organizations
- ✓Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution
- ✓Experience working closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, and Support leaders
- ✓Demonstrated ability to lead change, drive alignment, and influence without authority
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Experience managing and mentoring high-performing teams
- ✓Comfort working with data, tools, and dashboards
