About the Role
The Integration Engineer works closely with customers to understand their integration needs and assists in designing solutions, development, and deployments. This role supports and advocates for users while focusing on delivering quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with business and product teams and customers to understand business challenges and help them leverage the connection between Motive’s data-rich platform and their systems
- →Build custom integration solutions for customers’ use cases using Java and middleware platforms like Mulesoft, Workato, or Boomi
- →Design, build, and maintain B2B EDI integrations, mapping traditional EDI formats to modern APIs, JSON, or XML
- →Lead the technical onboarding of trading partners, configuring and testing secure communication protocols
- →Build deep relationships with senior technical individuals within customers' IT departments
- →Capture and share best-practice knowledge among internal Motive stakeholders
Requirements
- ✓3-5 years of experience in active development and implementation of integrations on Mulesoft/Workato/Boomi
- ✓Proven experience with EDI standards (ANSI X12 or EDIFACT) and common transaction sets
- ✓Experience using EDI connectors and mapping tools within modern middleware platforms
- ✓Customer experience implementing OAuth, SAML, and Single Sign On
- ✓Ability to build productive client relationships and identify new business opportunities
- ✓Experience with Enterprise Integration Design Patterns and designing APIs
- ✓Mulesoft Platform Architect or Integration Architect certification preferred
- ✓Experience architecting/operating solutions built on enterprise SaaS or public cloud vendors
- ✓Experience using Agile SCRUM
