About the Role
Motive is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. This role will support our recruiting efforts by managing the end-to-end candidate experience and providing administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- →Coordinate and schedule phone, video, and on-site interviews in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- →Manage the end-to-end candidate experience by working closely with recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers.
- →Support various recruiting-related administrative tasks, including offer coordination, onboarding assistance, and data management.
- →Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate tracking in applicant tracking systems (ATS), Google Sheets, and other relevant tools.
- →Serve as a contact for office operations/facility maintenance, including supply management, vendor coordination, and general administrative support.
- →Support occasional In-house and Virtual events (All-Hands, Happy Hours, Team Building Events etc.)
Requirements
- ✓1+ years of experience in direct recruiting coordination required; complex interview scheduling experience is a plus
- ✓1+ years of office management (reception/front desk or related administrative experience) strongly preferred
- ✓Experience with a scheduling tool (e.g. ModernLoop) is strongly preferred
- ✓Experience with an ATS is strongly preferred
- ✓A proactive and detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- ✓Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with internal stakeholders and candidates.
- ✓Excellent project management abilities, with a strong focus on organization, flexibility, and adaptability.
- ✓A team player with a passion for creating an efficient, welcoming, and collaborative workplace.
