Motive is seeking a Sales Data Engineering Manager to lead the development of sales data products that will drive the company's sales efforts. This role involves working at the intersection of all data streams and supporting sales representatives globally.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build data roadmap for the sales data engineering team
- →Drive innovation in sales data products using AI
- →Build teams to scale analytics products
- →Continue coding and drive technical standards within the team
- →Architect and design data models in collaboration with data and product teams
- →Communicate effectively and drive strategy across multiple teams and projects
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field
- ✓Knowledge of Sales Cycles and B2B Sales
- ✓10+ years experience in Data Engineering, and 3+ years managing a team
- ✓Expertise with data engineering stack, dbt, Snowflake, airflow, data observability tools, AWS, pyspark
- ✓Expertise in SQL and Python
- ✓Great planning and roadmapping skills
- ✓Excellent communication, collaboration, and people skills
