About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager, Financial Products to drive and execute the strategic market expansion of Motive’s Spend Management offering. This high-impact role involves owning a major revenue-driving pillar of the business and identifying opportunities for growth in new sectors and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define the long-term product vision and MVP for Motive Card entry into new sectors and markets.
- →Conduct deep customer research, identify Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), and outline the feature set necessary for successful adoption.
- →Develop the product strategy & roadmap by partnering with key stakeholders to introduce Motive Card into new sectors and/or international geographies.
- →Align priorities and execute effectively on this roadmap by collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Engineering teams.
- →Develop and articulate clear metrics, business requirements, goals, and user stories.
- →Own and maintain detailed product documentation, including PRDs, wireframes, and process flows.
- →Serve as the primary product Subject Matter Expert (SME) for expansion initiatives.
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in Product Management (B2B/Fintech experience is a plus)
- ✓Direct experience launching products into new, complex, or regulated sectors, or significant experience with 0-to-1 product development
- ✓Experience launching products in new geographies is a plus
- ✓High customer empathy with a proven ability to conduct customer discovery and market analysis
- ✓Be data-driven, with a track record of using data and metrics to back up assumptions
- ✓Sufficient technical knowledge to understand platform capabilities
- ✓Exceptional interpersonal skills and a high EQ
- ✓Experience in an agile product development environment is essential
