About the Role
We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive specializing in the Financial Services vertical to join our innovative team at Gong. This role involves driving new business growth and building strong relationships with customers to understand their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive new business growth from lead generation to closing across Financial Services sub-verticals such as Banking, FinTech, Payments, Mortgage & Lending, and Insurance
- →Develop tailored account plans for assigned accounts that align with Gong's overall strategy
- →Communicate Gong's value proposition to potential customers, generating excitement about our solutions
- →Engage with senior executives to educate them on the evolving Revenue Intelligence industry
- →Collaborate with SDR, Sales, and Sales Engineering teams to craft account-based sales strategies
Requirements
- ✓6+ years of relevant sales experience, with at least 3+ years selling complex SaaS solutions to enterprise clients in Financial Services
- ✓Strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically and consult on global strategies
- ✓Experience selling to senior leaders such as the C-Suite, CROs, and other key stakeholders
- ✓Hunter mentality with a passion for securing new logos across new categories
- ✓Proven experience using MEDDPICC or similar value-based selling methodologies
- ✓Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Experience with Gong.io is preferred but not required

- ✓Possess a hunting mindset with experience in selling transformation/visionary solutions to financial services accounts

- ✓Experienced in selling transformation/visionary solutions, especially where there isn't an obvious budget
- ✓Comfortable leading technical presentations and owning the full customer lifecycle
