About the Role

We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join Gong, a company transforming how revenue teams win through AI-powered insights. This role focuses on expanding business accounts and acquiring new customers within the financial services and healthcare industries.

Key Responsibilities

→Drive new business growth within a greenfield territory, managing prospects from lead generation to closing
→Develop tailored account plans that align with Gong's overall strategy
→Communicate Gong's value proposition to potential customers, generating excitement about our solutions
→Refine and optimize messaging to scale outbound prospecting efforts
→Engage with senior executives to educate them on the evolving Revenue Intelligence industry
→Collaborate with SDR, Sales, and Sales Engineering teams to craft account-based sales strategies

Requirements

✓6+ years of relevant sales experience, with at least 3+ years selling complex SaaS solutions to enterprise clients
✓Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets of $1M+ net new ARR
✓Strong business acumen with strategic thinking capabilities
✓Experience selling to senior leaders such as the C-Suite and CROs
✓Hunter mentality with a passion for securing new logos
✓Experience utilizing MEDDPICC or similar value-based selling methodology
✓Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
✓Experience with Gong.io is preferred but not required
