About the Role
We are looking for a Group Product Manager to lead our Core Experiences products at Gong. This role is the operational heart of Gong, responsible for transforming the Homepage into an AI-powered cockpit and owning additional capabilities like the Mobile application.
Key Responsibilities
- →Set the high-level vision for Gong’s "Front Door" (Homepage, Notifications) and drive the product planning and design process.
- →Lead the strategy for the end-to-end meeting journey, creating "mobile-only" value for users on the go.
- →Lead a group of senior product managers, ensuring they are empowered to drive their roadmaps while growing professionally.
- →Work with customers, users, and internal stakeholders to understand, map, and prioritize complex needs into a cohesive product roadmap.
- →Enable multiple independent business groups to surface insights on the Homepage or via Notifications without overwhelming the user.
- →Use Continuous Onboarding to ensure users don’t get "lost" in new value as Gong grows.
- →Balance the need for long-term platform stability with rapid delivery demands of various product squads.
Requirements
- ✓7+ years in SaaS products and 3+ years managing product teams.
- ✓Strong UX skills and the ability to craft seamless user journeys and scalable product patterns.
- ✓Strategic thinker with a proven ability to translate complex B2B workflows into high-frequency mobile experiences.
- ✓Thrives on ownership and can help define and refine product lifecycle processes.
- ✓Strong understanding of data-driven product development and fluency in English.
- ✓A collaborative peer who enjoys working closely with exceptionally strong peers.
