About the Role
We are looking for an IT Systems Administrator to join our team at Gong. This role focuses on configuring and managing core SaaS platforms to ensure seamless operation for all employees.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage and configure core SaaS platforms including Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom
- →Take full accountability for medium- to high-complexity technical incidents
- →Orchestrate critical access management from pre-hire through secure offboarding

Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in systems administration and SaaS management
- ✓Proven expertise in network administration, software administration, and platform integrations
- ✓Experience managing identity provider (IdP) platforms and integrating them across systems
- ✓Hands-on experience configuring and managing virtual infrastructure technologies
- ✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Proven ability to support a remote workforce
- ✓Ability to manage and prioritize multiple ongoing incidents and requests efficiently
