About the Role
We are seeking a Principal Product Manager of Conversational AI to drive innovation and differentiation through cutting-edge automation and conversational AI solutions at GoodLeap. This role involves establishing the long-term vision and strategy for Conversational AI chat products, ensuring alignment among stakeholders, and enriching the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- →Contribute to and articulate a bold and visionary product strategy for Conversational AI chat products that drives engagement, satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- →Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality Conversational AI products.
- →Gain a deep understanding of the Conversational AI landscape and user needs to develop innovative chat products leveraging Generative AI.
- →Partner with service and business development teams to promote adoption of new products and features.
- →Define and analyze key product metrics to make informed product decisions and continuously improve product performance.
- →Act as a thought leader and advocate for the role of Conversational AI in driving a visionary agenda.
Requirements
- ✓Proficient in overseeing AI/ML-based products and managing intricate data, processing, and analysis tasks.
- ✓Demonstrated expertise in leveraging AI technologies to achieve tangible business outcomes.
- ✓Skilled in utilizing Chat GPT and foundational Large Language Models (LLMs).
- ✓Proactive approach to action with a focus on quick execution in a fast-paced environment.
- ✓Ability to thrive in cross-functional environments, delivering scalable solutions that resonate with customer needs.
- ✓Data-driven excellence, leveraging insights to inform iterative product enhancements.
- ✓Entrepreneurial spirit, adept at scaling new products from scratch and thriving in ambiguity.
- ✓Preferably 5+ years of experience at product-driven SaaS companies.
