About the Role
We are seeking a Product Manager to join our Payments team at GoodLeap, a technology company delivering innovative financing and software solutions for sustainable solutions. This role focuses on delivering new Payments products to customers, leveraging AI and technology to solve customer needs and build elegant solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and execute product strategy, working closely with senior leaders to set a clear vision for growing and scaling our business and product offerings.
- →Manage all aspects of technology product development, including discovery, requirements gathering, development, and implementation of features.
- →Lead engineering teams, fostering positive team dynamics and motivating individuals to leverage their strengths.
- →Provide regular updates to senior leaders, stakeholders, and partners, effectively tailoring communications to ensure alignment and advocacy of the product.
Requirements
- ✓Ability to flex between strategy and execution in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
- ✓Strong product management skills with experience in client journeys and data synthesis.
- ✓Technical background with understanding of business needs and strategy, tying product metrics to business goals and technical capability.
- ✓Proven track record of identifying customer problems, translating insights into product requirements, launching features, and measuring impact.
- ✓Ability to break down ambiguous problems, partner with Engineering to assess trade-offs, and prioritize solutions that maximize customer value.
- ✓Strong attention to detail, anticipating edge cases, defining thorough acceptance criteria, and ensuring high-quality releases.
- ✓Highly adaptable, comfortable operating in ambiguity, and able to adjust priorities quickly based on business needs and feedback.
- ✓Deep user empathy and understanding of user needs, proposing credible novel solutions.
- ✓Superior communication skills, able to communicate complex messages and tell compelling stories.
- ✓Experience working in collaborative, multi-disciplinary teams within an Agile development methodology.
