About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager, Servicing – Customer Experience to join GoodLeap, a technology company delivering financing and software products for sustainable solutions. This role will own the end-to-end customer experience for servicing journeys, with a focus on delinquency and at-risk customers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop product strategy for servicing customer experiences, focusing on self-service and at-risk customer journeys
- →Own end-to-end execution of servicing product initiatives, including discovery, requirements definition, and launch
- →Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Legal/Compliance, and Servicing Operations to ensure solutions are scalable and compliant
- →Identify and prioritize opportunities to automate and optimize processes between customers and operations teams
- →Provide product leadership within the delivery squad and foster strong working relationships across teams
- →Regularly provide updates to senior leaders and stakeholders, defining and monitoring success metrics
Requirements
- ✓Ability to flex between strategy and execution in a dynamic work environment
- ✓Strong product management skills and experience with client journeys
- ✓Technical background with understanding of business needs and strategy
- ✓Proficient in defining complex user stories with thorough acceptance criteria
- ✓Deep user empathy and understanding of user needs
- ✓Passion for digital innovation and commitment to superb customer experience
- ✓Experience with Agile, Lean Start Up, Design Thinking, and A/B Testing
- ✓Superior communication skills and ability to collaborate in a multi-disciplinary team
- ✓Self-starter with outstanding organizational skills
- ✓Curiosity to continually reevaluate existing designs
- ✓Effective in leading cross-functionally and managing risks effectively
- ✓Good understanding and/or experience with financial services regulations
