About the Role
We are seeking a Staff Analytics Engineer to support data enablement and operational reporting for our Corporate teams, including legal, compliance, and accounting. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to structure data for easy access and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- →Engage with stakeholders to understand priorities and advance analytics solutions
- →Provide support by triaging requests, investigating data issues, and building tools
- →Develop datasets and dashboards within an agile framework
- →Share new data tools with non-technical stakeholders and educate end users
- →Assist business users in identifying and deploying the right tools
- →Work with the Analytics team to define, implement, and test new data sources and pipelines
- →Provide input to Data Engineering on requirements and enhancements
Requirements
- ✓BS in Computer Science, DS, or related technical degree
- ✓6-10 years' experience as an Analytics Engineer, BI Analyst, or similar role
- ✓5+ years' hands-on SQL experience
- ✓Experience with data management, documenting process and data flows
- ✓Experience with ETL processes, software development, and lifecycle awareness
- ✓Strong communication skills
- ✓Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies
- ✓Analytical mindset and willingness to question assumptions
