About the Role
We are looking for an Automation QA Engineer to join our Solutions team. This role involves taking end-to-end ownership of QA automation, defining automation strategy, and building automation solutions from scratch.
Key Responsibilities
- →Designing, implementing, and maintaining a new automated testing framework
- →Selecting tools and technologies for automated testing
- →Owning automation code and QA standards
- →Analyzing test results and improving product quality
- →Identifying opportunities to enhance QA processes
- →Integrating automation tests into CI/CD pipelines
- →Mentoring and onboarding new Automation QA team members
- →Assessing the feasibility and ROI of automation per project
- →Defining scope and priorities for automation initiatives
- →Leading and developing the Automation QA team
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in automation testing
- ✓Proven experience building automation frameworks
- ✓Ability to make independent technical decisions
- ✓Strong knowledge of at least one programming language
- ✓Experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cucumber, or Cypress
- ✓CI/CD integration of automated tests
- ✓API testing (Postman or similar)
- ✓Test management tools (Jira, Xray, or similar)
- ✓Git
- ✓Experience in leading, mentoring, and onboarding team members
- ✓Strong communication skills and advanced English proficiency
