About the Role
You will own the commercial performance of Gousto’s key customer growth levers across the post-signup journey, focusing on retention, reactivation, and long-term customer lifetime value. This role involves setting and evolving growth strategies in areas such as Winback, Refer-a-Friend, Loyalty/Gamification, and Non-subscriber activation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Set, prioritize, and evolve growth initiatives across areas of ownership, focusing on highest-impact opportunities based on commercial value and customer outcomes
- →Own performance across areas of responsibility, including forecasting, trading inputs, and reporting into weekly and monthly trading forums
- →Work closely with Product to shape roadmaps and deliver against shared OKRs
- →Partner with Data Science to shape and optimize customer-led discount and incentive strategies
- →Collaborate with Go-To-Market teams to identify and target customers based on key mindset moments and behavioural signals
- →Work with Analytics to lead deep performance dives and translate insights into actionable plans
- →Build and own robust financial models in partnership with Commercial Finance
- →Continuously identify and test opportunities to improve customer experience and long-term value
- →Lead, coach, and develop Growth Managers and Senior Growth Managers
Requirements
- ✓Strong general marketing capability with a deep understanding of how channels and tactics connect across the post-signup customer journey
- ✓Proven commercial acumen, with the ability to build, challenge, and interpret financial models
- ✓Experience delivering growth in a fast-paced, scale-up or consumer-led environment
- ✓Ability to lead through others, combining strategic thinking with hands-on problem solving
- ✓High confidence using data and insight to diagnose issues and drive decisions
- ✓Strong cross-functional influencing skills, particularly with Product, Data Science, Analytics, Finance, and Trading
- ✓Familiarity with CRM platforms like Braze
