About the Role
Govini is seeking a Creative Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of creative projects across the organization. This role will serve as the operational engine of the creative department, responsible for standardizing project intake and optimizing workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage and refine the Marketing Request Intake Form process to capture cross-departmental requests
- →Build and maintain scalable workflows to resolve operational blockers
- →Lead capacity planning and resource allocation for the creative team
- →Provide transparent reporting to leadership on project status
- →Partner with GTM, Product Marketing, and Events teams to align creative output
- →Oversee relationships with creative agencies and production partners
Requirements
- ✓U.S. Citizenship is required
- ✓5+ years of experience in creative operations, project management, or marketing ops
- ✓Proven track record of implementing project management systems
- ✓Ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable creative briefs
- ✓Comfortability navigating an environment with rapidly shifting priorities
- ✓Ability to understand how creative operations support corporate goals
