About the Role

Join the GrabAds Thailand team as an Account Manager, where you'll manage a portfolio of campaigns for leading advertisers and media agencies. You'll collaborate with various teams to meet quarterly performance targets and grow client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

→Manage a portfolio and revenue of accounts to hit the team sales target
→Be the main contact for clients to provide professional consultation and coordinate campaign implementation
→Submit campaign bookings to the Ad Ops team to launch campaigns within the timeline
→Work closely with Key Account Manager and Demand Planning team to ensure achieving GMV growth on your responsible advertisers
→Track main campaign metrics and ensure campaign goals are met
→Collaborate with Ad Ops team to analyze campaign performance, provide recommendations to clients, and secure campaigns renewal
→Prepare Monthly / Quarterly / JBP Business Review report for main accounts
→Work with the finance team to ensure we get all documents from clients for the billing process

Requirements

✓Experience in account management or advertising campaigns
✓Strong communication and client relationship skills
✓Ability to meet quarterly performance targets
✓Knowledge of advertising metrics and KPIs
✓Experience working with advertisers and media agencies
