About the Role
We are looking for a Product Designer to join our dynamic team that drives the marketing platform for merchants across Southeast Asian on-demand services. This role focuses on creating engaging user experiences that balance innovation, feasibility, and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- →Distill broad, conceptual ideas into practical and engaging interfaces
- →Actively involve yourself in defining product strategy
- →Identify high-impact opportunities and design features in pursuit of goals
- →Advocate for our diverse user base with hard data and in-depth research
- →Plan, prioritize, coordinate, and conduct behavioral analysis, user requirements analysis, task analysis, conceptual modeling, and usability testing
- →Create flows, sketches, prototypes, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate concepts
- →Ensure consistency across all products & integrations by adhering to design system standards
Requirements
- ✓Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Analysts, and business stakeholders
- ✓Draw on user insights, data, and market research to inform design decisions
- ✓Stay ahead of UX/UI trends and competitor strategies
- ✓Hands-on involvement in user research and testing across Southeast Asia
- ✓Report to Designer Manager and work full-time onsite at the Grab Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia office
