About the Role
The Local Services team at Grab is building an ecosystem where consumers can discover, book, and pay for services such as haircuts, nail treatments, spas, and aesthetics, seamlessly integrated into the Grab experience. As the Lead Product Manager for Local Services, you will be the founding PM driving this new product from zero to one.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and scale core experiences such as search, category taxonomy, map-based discovery, credit package and discount systems
- →Collaborate cross-functionally with platform teams to design scalable experiences for our consumers, merchants and internal ops
- →Partner with business and ops teams to pilot, learn, and iterate quickly in high-potential markets
- →Define the product strategy and roadmap for Grab Local Services across priority markets
Requirements
- ✓Experience in product management, preferably in a fast-paced startup or tech environment
- ✓Strong strategic thinking and roadmap planning skills
- ✓Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business teams
- ✓Experience in consumer-facing or local services products
- ✓Excellent communication and leadership skills
