About the Role
We are seeking a highly consumer-focused, analytical, experienced Lead Product Manager to lead Search discovery experience as a core problem statement across Grab’s Food Deliveries and Dining Out products. The vision for this role is to transform the search experience, enhancing its relevance, personalization, and efficiency to deliver outstanding consumer experiences and strong business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- →End-to-End Ownership of search discovery experience roadmap for our Food deliveries and Dining out products
- →Build best-in-class Search Discovery, upgrading the user discovery experience, search relevance, and personalization to increase conversion
- →Partner with Data Science & ML Engineering to evolve models and signals that power search algorithms and personalization, translating improvements into measurable outcomes
- →Cross-Border Leadership - Drive product strategy and execution for search, acting as a bridge between tech hubs in Beijing and Singapore, and business and product stakeholders
