About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer to join our TechOps Development Team. This role focuses on architecting and maintaining innovative internal tooling systems that enhance business operations. You will shape the backbone of Grab’s incident management using advanced AI and machine learning technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- →Independently lead and execute projects from conception to completion
- →Develop AI SRE agents and chatbots using LLMs, LangChain, and LangGraph
- →Build scalable full-stack solutions with cloud-based backends and web interfaces
- →Write high-quality code in Python and Go, ensuring scalability and efficiency
- →Deploy machine learning pipelines and integrate AI agents with tech infra systems
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement features and assess business impact
- →Provide technical mentorship and foster a culture of excellence
- →Participate in on-call rotations and perform root cause analysis
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience as a technical lead in software engineering
