About the Role
We are seeking a Business Growth Manager to join the Southern Region Commercial team. This role involves leading a team and working cross-departmentally to drive successful outcomes and foster sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Take full ownership of identifying, refining, and implementing business growth programs
- →Develop and implement tailored strategies for managing the lifecycle and growth of different merchant segments
- →Explore and establish new channels to acquire and manage new merchants
- →Oversee the merchant acquisition pipeline and ensure development aligns with regional strategic goals
- →Lead the sales team, focusing on designing incentive structures and overseeing payout processes
- →Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity
- →Oversee the budget for the region, ensuring allocation and spending achieve required effectiveness
- →Organize regular training and workshops for the sales team to enhance their knowledge of products, services, and market trends
