About the Role
The Orchestration team at Grab's Enterprise IT team is seeking a Workflow Automation Engineer to join our expanding team. This role focuses on building and managing complex workflows and automated processes across multiple systems and business practices.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the development of workflow automations and integration solutions, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices
- →Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration
- →Conduct code reviews for junior engineers to ensure quality, performance, and maintainability, offering constructive feedback
- →Enforce quality assurance processes, executing testing and validation procedures, and implementing CI/CD pipelines for automated testing
- →Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, including system designs and configurations, to facilitate troubleshooting and knowledge sharing
- →Respond to production incidents and service disruptions, conducting root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures, including rotational early morning shifts for critical incidents
Requirements
- ✓Experience with iPaaS platforms
- ✓Strong background in workflow automation and integration solutions
- ✓Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
- ✓Excellent technical documentation skills
