About the Role
Join the Consumer Experience (CX) Engineering team at Grab, where you'll contribute to building the best engagement and discovery experience for users. This role involves designing software systems with high quality and taking ownership from design to rollout.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with mobile and backend engineers, designers, data scientists, and product managers to build features
- →Participate in code and design reviews to maintain high development standards
- →Brainstorm ideas, identify problems, and implement solutions focused on scale and performance
- →Take full ownership of projects meeting functional and non-functional requirements
- →Design, implement, instrument, and deploy performant and reusable iOS components
- →Lead collaboration with partners to resolve business, legal, and product needs
- →Participate in interview loops to help hire top talent
- →Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and knowledge sharing to peers
Requirements
