About the Role
The Mobility team at Grab is responsible for the Transport module in the Grab app, improving the core transport booking experience. We work on high throughput, real-time distributed systems that handle hundreds of millions of requests daily.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and improve advanced services to ensure they are always available and scalable
- →Improve and shape new design architectures focusing on scalability and performance
- →Work with the infrastructure team to build back-end services
- →Conduct root cause analysis investigations to identify and rectify issues
- →Develop large-scale systems to ensure optimal performance
- →Debug and modify production software to ensure smooth operation
Requirements
- ✓Experience with backend services and frontend web applications
- ✓Knowledge of distributed systems, algorithms, and machine learning
- ✓Ability to identify problems and solve them effectively
- ✓Strong collaboration and communication skills
