About the Role
GRAIL is seeking a Director, Software Product Management to lead the strategy and execution of our commercial software portfolio. This leader will shape systems that power commercial operations and enable healthcare providers, patients, and partners to access GRAIL's life-saving technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the product vision and multi-year roadmap for GRAIL’s commercial software portfolio
- →Serve as the senior product leader across commercial software initiatives
- →Develop deep understanding of provider, patient, and internal commercial workflows
- →Translate customer, stakeholder, and regulatory requirements into clear product requirements
- →Lead end-to-end product development from discovery through launch and iteration
- →Partner with engineering, program management, design, quality, legal, and compliance
- →Ensure adherence to FDA design controls, privacy regulations, and quality standards
- →Evaluate business tradeoffs and communicate product decisions effectively
- →Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of software product managers
- →Establish metrics and feedback loops to measure product performance
Requirements
- ✓10+ years of product management experience in healthcare IT, life sciences, or regulated industries
- ✓3+ years of experience directly managing and developing product managers
- ✓Experience leading software products subject to FDA design controls and HIPAA compliance
- ✓Experience supporting billing, reimbursement, and revenue cycle management workflows
- ✓Experience integrating software platforms with EMRs and/or CRMs
- ✓Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity and drive alignment across teams
- ✓Proven ability to prioritize strategically and deliver measurable business outcomes
- ✓BS in a technical, scientific, engineering, or quantitative discipline
