About the Role
Superhuman is seeking a Compliance Program Manager to unify its compliance posture across its product family into a single, cohesive program. This role involves owning audit execution, control testing, and vendor risk management across a multi-product environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own audit evidence collection, validation, and documentation across audit cycles
- →Support multi-entity audit programs across products at varying maturity levels
- →Design and execute control testing procedures across various compliance frameworks
- →Identify control gaps, document findings, and drive remediation
- →Lead vendor security assessments and maintain policy document library
- →Serve as a trusted point of contact for compliance questions and inquiries
- →Coordinate cross-functionally with control owners, Legal, and Engineering leadership
Requirements
- ✓3+ years in GRC, compliance, or IT audit
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field
- ✓Hands-on experience with core compliance frameworks
- ✓Effective cross-functional communication skills
- ✓Working knowledge of AWS and clear technical writing skills
- ✓Ability to learn new tools quickly and translate technical concepts
- ✓SaaS or technology industry background is a plus
- ✓Familiarity with Git workflows and AI governance standards is a plus
- ✓Professional certifications and experience with modern GRC platforms are a plus
- ✓Ability to work independently and manage tasks across multiple projects
