About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Engineer to join Superhuman, the AI productivity platform that empowers millions worldwide. In this role, you will help organizations transition to a proactive, agent-led productivity model and demonstrate the power of the Superhuman Suite.
Key Responsibilities
- →Architect Agent Solutions: Design how Superhuman Go and first-party agents can be integrated into customer workflows.
- →Execute Value-Driven POCs: Run Proof of Concept programs focusing on proactivity and push interactions.
- →Strengthen Prototypes: Ensure technical demos remain robust and grounded in real-world orchestration logic.
- →Increase Full Platform Value: Help customers understand how the Superhuman platform accelerates AI adoption and ROI.
- →Bridge Product & Sales: Collaborate with various Business Units to inform our roadmap for proactive AI.
Requirements
- ✓3 Years in a prospect/client-facing role within a GTM or CS team.
- ✓Understands that the future of productivity involves AI that acts before being asked.
- ✓Excited to learn and demo emerging AI technologies, including orchestration and agentic workflows.
- ✓Excels at technical discovery, overcoming security/IT objections, and demonstrating business value.
- ✓Comfortable navigating a matrixed environment with fast-moving Business Unit agility.
- ✓Uses data to identify where AI agents can have the most impact on a customer’s unique needs.
- ✓Articulates a vision for the future of work that includes automated workflows to both technical and executive audiences.
- ✓Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
