About the Role
Superhuman is seeking a Staff Product Designer to focus on enterprise experiences within Superhuman Go, an AI productivity platform. This role will shape how proactive agent capabilities scale across entire organizations, ensuring that Go remains easy to understand and valuable to use even as it scales.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the end-to-end design of enterprise experiences for Superhuman Go
- →Define and evolve critical user journeys for enterprise personas
- →Design enterprise-ready agent configuration and control surfaces
- →Create trustworthy experiences around data protection and integrations
- →Design highly polished interfaces and interactions
- →Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Research, Content, and Security teams
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of product design experience
- ✓Comfortable operating at a Staff level
- ✓Experience designing enterprise experiences
- ✓Experience designing AI-native products
- ✓Deep curiosity about emerging AI-native products
- ✓Demonstrated strength in design craft
- ✓Strong systems thinker
- ✓Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively
