About the Role
We are looking for our first US-based Community Manager to build Granola's community in the Bay Area. You will be among our first hires in San Francisco, reporting directly to our Head of Business, and will play a key role in making Granola the default tool for every startup in the Bay.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and maintain deep partnerships with top accelerators and VCs in the Bay
- →Create and host events that establish Granola's presence in the tech community
- →Act as the bridge between our Bay Area community and our product team
- →Surface user feedback and insights to drive product improvements
- →Build and accelerate the community flywheel to create advocates and drive adoption
Requirements
- ✓3-5 years of experience in community management, venture capital, partnerships, or startup ecosystems
- ✓Proven experience running events for a tech audience
- ✓Comfortable communicating with executives and founders
- ✓US-based and able to work from San Francisco 5 days a week
- ✓Embody core Granola traits: hardworking, kind, and incredibly ambitious
- ✓Genuinely obsessed with the tech ecosystem
- ✓High-agency and detail-oriented
- ✓Creative and constantly thinking about innovative community initiatives
- ✓Build AI workflows to automate tasks and scale impact
