About the Role
We are looking for an AI Engineer to join our team at Granum, a leading software company serving landscapers and arborists across North America. As an AI Engineer, you'll play a foundational role in creating the next stage of our product's evolution, focusing on customer outcomes and product innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and deploy autonomous AI agents that take action and complete tasks
- →Architect internal tooling and shared patterns for AI integration across engineering pods
- →Implement and optimize LLM orchestration systems using proprietary industry data
- →Contribute to the full AI/ML lifecycle, from model evaluation to deployment
Requirements
- ✓6+ years of software engineering experience with at least one year building with AI models
- ✓Proficiency in .NET/C# and Python
- ✓Experience with LLMs like GPT or Claude and orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex
- ✓Experience with vector databases, embedding techniques, and RAG
- ✓Ability to take complex AI features from ideation to production
