About the Role
We are looking for a Data Architect to join our Data & AI team at Great Gray Group. This role is responsible for supporting our RPAG application through maintaining and improving the performance of backend data systems.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, develop, and maintain data models for data-intensive applications
- →Define and enforce data architecture standards and best practices
- →Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure requirements are met
- →Ensure data quality, consistency, and metadata management
- →Optimize data architecture for performance and reliability
- →Develop and maintain documentation for data models and architectures
- →Support data migration from SQL Server to PostgreSQL
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of data modeling experience with various methodologies
- ✓Ability to perform technical assessment of existing architecture
- ✓Experience working with Python data pipelines
- ✓Experience with leading data migration
