About the Role
Great Gray Group is seeking a UX Designer to join their Product Team. This individual will drive innovative UX solutions that transform complex financial interactions into intuitive, user-friendly experiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead end-to-end UX for core products, from ideation to final designs
- →Create information architectures, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
- →Conduct user research including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- →Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements
- →Present research findings and design rationale to stakeholders
- →Work closely with engineering to ensure design quality through production
- →Establish and maintain design systems and accessibility standards
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in design or related field
- ✓5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
- ✓2+ years working on digital experiences
- ✓Experience in fintech or 0-1 products preferred
- ✓Proficiency in Figma and other design tools
- ✓Experience with moderated usability testing
- ✓Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
