About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Project Manager to join our Professional Services team at Greenhouse. This role involves leading implementations for our largest Enterprise customers, focusing on operational efficiency and end-user adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and provide oversight for software implementations, solutions design, integrations, data migration, and custom development
- →Build and maintain Enterprise project tools and processes including project plans, risk trackers, and training companions
- →Support pre-sales strategizing and project planning with Solutions Architecture and Sales teams
- →Assist with internal project planning and coordination for Professional Services
- →Strategize and lead all aspects of development, implementation, and maintenance lifecycles of multiple projects
Requirements
- ✓8+ years of customer-facing Project Management experience
- ✓Experience leading complex technical projects and/or SaaS implementations
- ✓Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Strong experience collaborating with large cross-functional teams
- ✓Knowledge of Microsoft and Google suite products
- ✓Experience with project management tools and software
