About the Role
The Account Executive serves as the brand ambassador for Green Thumb's brands, responsible for generating sales opportunities, building customer relationships, and promoting products to increase market share in Maryland.
Key Responsibilities
- βStrategize and achieve sales goals through sales and merchandising objectives
- βEducate and train customers on Green Thumb brands and product lines
- βMaintain awareness of market behavior and industry trends
- βDevelop pipelines and innovative strategies to increase sales
- βBuild and maintain positive relationships with customers and business partners
- βProactively manage schedules to meet sales quotas
- βUtilize CRM systems to track client information and orders
- βSet proper pricing to maintain sales volume
- βFollow sales protocols and state regulations
- βAttend trade shows and industry events
Requirements
- β2+ years sales experience in B2B environment or cannabis industry
- βHighly motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- βExcellent communication and customer service skills
- βStrong problem-solving abilities
- βTeam player with effective collaboration skills
- βBachelorβs Degree preferred
- βMust pass background checks
- βMust be compliant with industry regulations
- βMust have valid driverβs license
- βMust be 21 years of age
