About the Role

We are looking for an Account Executive to help expand our THC-infused beverage business and grow consumer access to our products. This role will focus on driving market share growth in the Houston area by securing new distribution channels and ensuring products are well-stocked and prominently displayed.

Key Responsibilities

→Work with off-premise (retail stores, liquor stores) and on-premise (bars, restaurants) accounts to drive product visibility and volume
→Increase market share by securing new placements and expanding distribution points
→Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
→Identify and open new accounts while maximizing sales opportunities
→Ensure off-premise locations have properly stocked shelves and visually appealing displays
→Manage and execute in-store and on-premise sampling programs
→Educate store staff and consumers on product benefits

Requirements

✓2+ years of experience in sales, merchandising, or related field
✓Strong ability to build relationships with retail managers and bar/restaurant owners
✓Self-motivated and able to work independently
✓Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
✓Must possess a valid driver’s license
✓Must pass required background checks
✓Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
