Grimco is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across various positions including hourly warehouse roles, outside sales, and corporate functions. This high-impact role involves working directly with hiring managers across 65+ locations in North America and the UK, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly, sales, and corporate roles nationwide
- →Source candidates proactively via LinkedIn, job boards, resume databases, networking, and career fairs
- →Review inbound applications daily and maintain a healthy pipeline
- →Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interview scheduling
- →Draft and extend verbal and written offers
- →Post and maintain job listings on various platforms
- →Collect and process new hire paperwork
- →Coordinate with internal departments for employee onboarding
- →Contribute to recruiting process improvement and team projects
