About the Role
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support the briefing process and ensure smooth execution of projects. This role involves coordinating timelines, deliverables, and approvals across multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- →Assist in gathering client requirements and translating them into clear, well-structured briefs for internal teams
- →Support the briefing process to ensure all essential information is included: objectives, audience, mandatories, formats, timelines, deliverables
- →Maintain trackers/status documents; ensure tasks, deadlines, and approvals are updated and visible
- →Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and approvals across multiple stakeholders (internal + client)
- →Proactively flag risks (scope, timing, missing info) and escalate early with proposed solutions
- →Support meeting preparation: agendas, notes, action items, and follow-ups
- →Help ensure meeting outputs are captured properly and closed out (owners + deadlines + next steps)
