About the Role
We are looking for a Product Lead to join GrowthX AI, a company building the modern growth engine for marketing teams. This role involves shaping product strategy, working closely with the CEO and CTO, and leading day-to-day operations in a remote-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Shape product strategy and convert high-level direction into tactical projects
- →Wireframe and mock up features using AI-assisted tools
- →Pair with engineering teams, review PRs, and make technical trade-off decisions
- →Own conversion funnels, track metrics, and run experiments
- →Conduct user research and validate ideas before building
- →Connect the dots across multiple product lines
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of experience as a Product Manager at scaling startups
- ✓Product engineer mindset with coding experience
- ✓Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- ✓Strong project management and organizational skills
- ✓AI-native with daily use of AI tools
- ✓B2B SaaS context with understanding of PLG and conversion funnels
- ✓Time-zone overlap with US West Coast (8am to 12pm PT)
