About the Role

The Customer Success Manager at GuidePoint Security will serve as a primary advocate for Mid-Atlantic commercial customer relations and services engagements. This role involves coordinating with project management and overseeing professional services engagements and programs.

Key Responsibilities

→Support elite/strategic accounts, including professional service engagement management
→Produce executive-level metrics, reporting, and manage SLAs
→Support large-scale security projects and communicate effectively across all organizational levels
→Manage MSSP partner relationships and advocate for GuidePoint Managed Service
→Interface regularly with Project Managers, Account Executives, Sales Operations, and delivery teams
→Advise account team on customer roadmap items and opportunities
→Adhere to GuidePoint Security Core Values

Requirements

✓Bachelor’s degree preferred
✓Proficient with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Atlassian Jira, and Atlassian Confluence
✓Prior experience running/developing/executing Customer Success Programs for professional service firms or vendors in cybersecurity or IT
✓Demonstrated knowledge of commercial/vendor program management
✓Exceptional leadership, communication, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
