About the Role

GuidePoint Security is seeking a Project Manager to manage a unique portfolio of security-focused Professional Services engagements. This role will contribute directly to client goals and success while supporting the build-out of the Project Management Office (PMO).

Key Responsibilities

→Manage the performance and efforts of assigned direct reports
→Conduct performance reviews and support team members' professional growth
→Lead recruitment, interview, and selection processes for new candidates
→Maintain a collaborative environment for cross-group project teams
→Build relationships with stakeholders and handle escalated issues
→Match capacity to demand across multiple projects
→Ensure efficient management of Professional Services projects through the full engagement lifecycle
→Maintain and foster internal and external customer relationships
→Plan and manage resources to meet scope and budget expectations
→Manage internal processes for revenue recognition and customer invoicing
→Create and maintain project management methodology and process documentation

Requirements

✓Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
✓Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management
✓Proficient in Certinia and Salesforce, SmartSheet or MS Project, or other Professional Services applications
✓Advanced project management skills with demonstrated ability to evaluate objectives and scope
✓Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
✓Understanding of information security terms and disciplines
✓Understanding of professional services revenue recognition and invoicing
✓Demonstrated successful leadership of personnel and technical projects
✓Strong written and verbal communication skills
✓Ability to analyze and solve problems, perform complex tasks, and prioritize
✓Ability to make sound decisions and build customer relationships
