About the Role
GuidePoint Security is seeking an experienced Sales Leader to join their team in the Southeast region. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies to support organizational objectives and leading a professional sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and implement Southeast sales strategy and annual sales plan
- →Provide support to the Southeast sales team by leading client and prospect meetings
- →Collaborate on sales opportunities, pipelines, forecasts, and business efficiencies
- →Coach, mentor, and develop the sales team to build a high-performing team
- →Partner with internal stakeholders and executive team to develop strategies
- →Ensure communications and collateral represent the GuidePoint Security brand
- →Direct implementation of sales policies and practices
- →Build revenue-generating relationships with key partners
Requirements
- ✓10+ years of experience leading teams in enterprise security software sales
- ✓Background and experience with Risk, Compliance, and Security offerings
- ✓Proven track record of building and leading results-driven sales teams
- ✓Excellent track record of inspiring, coaching, and developing a team
- ✓High level of integrity with a strong work ethic
- ✓Highly energetic and passionate about client service
- ✓Demonstrated entrepreneurial approach and problem-solving ability
- ✓Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment
- ✓Commitment to work collaboratively and cross-functionally
- ✓Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
- ✓Strong organizational and planning skills
