About the Role
We are looking for a senior Meta Ads practitioner to join Gushwork, a venture-backed agentic AI startup building AI agents that help B2B companies generate leads. As our first Paid Ads hire, you will own execution end-to-end, from onboarding clients and running campaigns hands-on to hiring and ramping performance marketers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Run paid Meta campaigns across a growing portfolio of B2B clients — strategy, setup, and day-to-day optimization.
- →Build a team of 2-3 junior performance marketers quickly and get them productive on accounts within their first few weeks.
- →Be the senior point of contact for clients — setting expectations, communicating performance, and keeping accounts healthy and growing.
- →Document onboarding processes, optimization frameworks, budget decisions, escalation triggers, and client communication cadences.
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of agency experience running Meta Ads campaigns, at a mid-to-senior level.
- ✓Hands-on practitioner — comfortable running accounts yourself, not just managing people who do.
- ✓Experience hiring or mentoring junior performance marketers and ramping them up quickly.
- ✓Proven track record managing B2B accounts with lead generation as the primary goal.
- ✓Strong client-facing skills — clear communicator, confident in performance conversations.
- ✓Structured thinker who documents processes and can articulate the reasoning behind every decision.
