About the Role
We are looking for a Product Designer to join our team at H1, where we believe access to the best healthcare information is a basic human right. This role focuses on designing thoughtful, user-centered experiences to improve healthcare globally.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate closely with product management and engineering partners to deliver products to market
- →Participate in all aspects of product development, from discovery through launch
- →Create clear, straightforward design solutions from ambiguous problem-sets
- →Rapidly iterate at low fidelity to explore ideas, then translate into high-fidelity designs for handoff
- →Partner with engineering early in your design process to refine constraints and ensure feasibility
- →Ensure high-quality design implementation through close collaboration with Product and Engineering teams
- →Contribute to discovery and design activities with customers and stakeholders
- →Develop design artifacts (flows, wireframes, prototypes, visuals) at the right level of fidelity for each project
- →Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system and style guides
- →Share your work with fellow designers, participate in design critiques, and contribute to a supportive team culture
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of experience in product design (Enterprise SaaS, healthcare industry, or healthcare data experience is a plus)
- ✓Experience collaborating with engineering and product management teams
- ✓Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work (from discovery to delivery)
