About the Role
We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to join HackerOne, a global leader in Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM). This role involves building and operating the infrastructure that supports the HackerOne platform and the thousands of companies that rely on us to manage their security posture.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code
- →Collaborate with cross-functional partners to execute on infrastructure initiatives
- →Participate in an on-call rotation and help maintain system reliability
- →Contribute to operational excellence through runbooks, automation, and system improvements
- →Continuously improve your technical skills and operational effectiveness
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience working with Linux-based systems and cloud infrastructure
- ✓Hands-on experience with AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, Datadog, Cloudflare, and OpenSearch
- ✓Experience operating and supporting production systems in an on-call environment
- ✓Familiarity with modern DevOps tooling and CI/CD pipelines
- ✓Strong understanding of reliability, observability, and secure infrastructure practices
- ✓Clear communicator and effective team collaborator
- ✓Willingness to participate in on-call rotation
