About the Role
We are looking for a Principal Product Manager for Integrity at HackerRank. This role focuses on developing and executing the strategy for the Integrity Platform, which ensures assessment authenticity across the HackerRank product suite.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead cross-product integrations by partnering with product leaders across all HackerRank lines
- →Collaborate with ML and engineering teams to design detection systems and models
- →Drive the roadmap for scalable, resilient systems capable of supporting high-volume concurrent sessions
- →Represent the voice of the customer by engaging directly with enterprise customers
- →Define success metrics, monitor key integrity signals, and continuously iterate on solution effectiveness
- →Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI/ML-powered integrity capabilities
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of product management experience with strong ownership of complex, technical systems
- ✓Comfortable working deeply with ML and engineering teams
- ✓Experience in building or owning shared platforms
- ✓Confident and credible in customer-facing, high-stakes problem spaces
