Key Responsibilities
- →Design and ship features that balance UI best practices within AI-powered experiences
- →Proactively research and prototype ideas, adopting new tools to shorten concept-to-delivery time
- →Stay current on best-in-class developer experiences
- →Work independently to identify problems and design solutions users love
- →Partner with engineering, product management, and AI research teams
- →Deeply care about the full user experience across product journeys

Requirements
- ✓5+ years of hands-on industry experience as a product designer
- ✓At least one example of collaborating with AI to build a product or tool
- ✓Experience working with Codex, Claude, or Cursor alongside Figma
- ✓A portfolio demonstrating excellent visual, UI, and interactive skills
- ✓At least 3 years working on fast-moving enterprise or prosumer products
- ✓Excellent communication skills in English
- ✓Comfort working with ambiguous problems and multiple stakeholders
- ✓Proven ability to ship high-quality products independently
- ✓You will thrive in this role if you take great care in your work, push boundaries on user experience, and have specific examples of orchestrating or collaborating with AI models to develop product experiences. You should have a rich portfolio, understand quality standards, and appreciate how micro-interactions drive engagement.
